Why MIDI access could not be had.

  • 'NOT_SUPPORTED': the browser has no Web MIDI API, and asking again will not change that
  • 'PERMISSION_DENIED': the user or the browser said no. Asking again is worthwhile
  • 'UNAVAILABLE': anything else
